It never leaves your accounts.
Your CRM, your Meta account, your phone number. Your records are yours and always will be. Zaya keeps no copy of your business data, because there is no database holding it. The automation that moves it is run by Zaya and works for as long as we do.
The one exception is deliberate: if you choose to leave your name and contact in the assistant, that is stored by Zaya OÜ (reg. 17259759, Estonia) in the EU, used only so Valeri can reply to you, never shared or sold, kept for up to 12 months, and deleted whenever you ask at valeri@zaya.eu. The conversation itself is not stored unless you send it with those details.
